Throughout the month, we have a variety of opportunities for women to meet together to be R.E.A.L. with one another – Bible studies, prayer, fellowship dinners, hikes, cooking clubs, workshops and more… We aim to draw closer to each other as we draw closer to God.

We have quarterly Women's Tea on the 1st Saturday of the month 10.30am - 12.00pm and December Christmas Potluck 11.00am - 2.00pm. Venues for these activities are communicated to the group each time.
Every Saturday evening from 7:00-8:00pm, we have a prayer group that meets via Zoom. This is an opportunity to praise the Lord and worship Him in prayer following the centuries-proven pattern of "ACTS" - Adoration, Confession, Thanksgiving and Supplication (making our requests known to the Lord). It is a time to share personal needs, as well as those within the church, plus national and international prayer needs as appropriate, and to give thanks for all the Lord is doing.
We have weekly Wednesdays' fellowship walks at 10.15am and on monthly basis organize a hike for fitness and fellowship taking place on the 2nd Saturday of each month, usually meeting at Gate A (Limuru Road entrance) at 9.00am. There is a small entrance fee, so do come prepared. Please contact us if you are interested in joining to confirm this month’s specific plans.
If you’re hungry to know God better but are in a season where work, health or family demands leave you unable to participate in a regular Bible study, then this is a flexible, low-pressure option for you. No long commitment. Study wherever and whenever suits you. Read the devotion, pray over and ponder its truths, and (if you like) share your thoughts with the group. We aim to have one short (5-10 day) devotion series each month that gets emailed to you daily. You sign up for each course separately as your schedule allows.
Every month we have an online fellowship (via Zoom) on the 1st Saturday of every month at 7:30pm. Accessible to everyone from the comfort of their own home, Ladies' Big Night In rotates between devotional, social and community-building themes and is a great time to connect and meet other ICF ladies.
We deeply encourage every lady to be actively involved in a Bible study - though this can take many forms and doesn't need to be through ICF directly.
We have Thursdays' in-person Bible study 10.30am - 12.30pm and Thursdays' Zoom Bible study 8.00 - 9.30pm.
We can connect you with a suitable group or, if you can't find one that suits you, we're happy to explore the possibilities of starting a new group.
